Yes. We tank wet areas with a proper waterproofing membrane or board system before tiling. It's the single most important step for a long-lasting bathroom and it's included as standard.

Can you tile floor to ceiling?

Absolutely. Fully tiled walls are very popular and we set them out so the cuts at the ceiling and corners look balanced. We'll talk through whether full-height or half-height tiling suits your room and budget.

Will you remove the old tiles?

Before a single tile goes up we make sure the substrate is sound, prime it correctly, and tank any area that will see direct water with a proper waterproofing system. Skipping that step is the most common reason older bathrooms fail, and it's not something we ever cut corners on.
